Inspected before it ships
Orthopedic equipment is only useful if it fits, moves, and holds up the way it is supposed to. Every order is checked before dispatch — not sampled after the fact.
Visual and dimensional inspection
Each product is checked against its reference sample for finish, fit of moving parts (hinges, buckles, straps), and dimensional consistency before it is packed.
Function check
Adjustable and hinged components — range-of-motion dials, height-adjust mechanisms, closures — are cycled through their full range to confirm they move and lock as intended.
Packaging and handling
Products are packed to withstand transit without damage to straps, padding, or rigid shell components.
Certifications
We list a certification here only once it has been formally confirmed and verified. None are claimed at this time — this section will be updated directly rather than carrying a placeholder claim.
Report an issue
If a product arrives damaged or doesn't match its description, contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue. We would rather hear about it than have it go unreported, and we will replace or refund rather than argue about it.
